Sampling Process
Once we receive sketches and specifications from our clients, we develop prototypes and salesman samples. Our team manages every step of the production process—from size sets and materials to accessories, sale samples, and product photography. We ensure every detail is on point, including design, fit, colors, labeling, and packaging. Throughout production, we maintain full oversight and conduct thorough quality control at every stage, right up to final shipment.
Order Execution
Our experienced Merchandising Team bridges communication with selected manufacturers by conveying order details in their native language. This approach ensures clarity and precision throughout the process. They work collaboratively on refining order sheets, aligning every specification to meet quality expectations while negotiating the most competitive pricing in line with global market standards.
Assuring Quality
We oversee the entire production process—from initial planning to final shipment—with daily quality control checks at every stage, unless an alternative inspection protocol is requested by the buyer. Our dedicated technical team conducts regular evaluations and delivers detailed reports to ensure full compliance with international quality standards. By maintaining a daily presence at manufacturing sites, we proactively manage even the smallest details to prevent issues before they arise.
Shipment
Timely delivery is a top priority, and we work proactively to keep shipments on schedule. This enables us to provide precise, real-time updates and manage each order closely through to final loading.

We source our fabrics from Bangladesh & China on a regular basis.
We source our trims and accessories from Bangladesh and China.
Yes, we do make Salesman Samples for our buyers. Normally, we charge twice the FOB value.
However, for buyers who guarantees order against majority of the Salesman Samples Styles (70-80%), we do not charge anything.
Our Lead Time is 90 days for products made with Bangladeshi fabrics, 120 days for Chinese fabrics & 60 days for Local Sourced Stock Fabrics.
Yes, we do provide Logistics support to the customers who needs it. We have very fine source of well reputed Forwarders from Bangladesh for smooth shipments by SEA, SEA/AIR & AIR.
We are also capable to provide Clearing & trucking support from Port to customers’ warehouse.
